Research interests

Cathode-less electric space propulsion systems, RF plasmas, electronegative plasmas, transport of charged particles across magnetic fields, ion acceleration, electrostatic diagnostic, development of prototypes and test facilities.

Brief vitae

I obtained my PhD at the University of Tromsø in Norway, January 2004. In 2004, I moved to Australia and worked for 2.5 years at the Australian National University, as a Postdoctoral fellow in the group of Prof. Rod Boswell. I came to the LPP in 2006 with a Marie Curie Intra-European fellowship from framework program 6, and was recruited by the CNRS and affiliated to LPP as a permanent researcher in 2008. I am now head of the Low temperature plasma group at LPP since January 2015.
